The warm and relaxing Mediterranean breeze blew gently on Arthur's face. The island's climate was quite different from what the young noble was accustomed to, for his northern forested homelands were much colder than these southern parts. This city, which he had named Serenade, had quite the potential to become a great trade hub and a location for wealthy merchants and nobles to pass some relaxing time away from their homes and jobs. Its serenity was so much that he almost forgot his regret at being stationed so far from his home.
But this wasn't the main concern passing through Arthur's head now. He had received his orders from the King, the first orders since he had been declared General. The coming months would not be easy, neither for him nor for his men, especially since he had not yet gotten accustomed to the lurching movement of seacraft. Maybe he should design some kind of counterweight... something to balance and nullify the ship's annoying movements. But is that even possible? And did he have the time to think about that, and the space on the boat for that? Probably not, as his men and necessary parts for his devastating siege engines already occupied most of the ship space. But that was all for the better. The more tools to destroy the enemy he had at his fingertips, the faster he would be done with this.
Orders:
Move with the one-unit army on a ship to [18,-7], intercepting any enemy ship that tries to pass in the bottleneck between the island and the mainland.
