Sorry for posting before you had the statuses up, thought you were going to edit the previous post for that.

SHIT!

Raise my shield into a defensive position and take advantage of the temporary interruption to the crossbowmans ability to shoot in order to charge at him with my shield in front of me and shieldbash him. Try to disarm the guy if/when the shieldbashing is successful.

That rapid firing Chinese crossbow would be pretty cool for me to have. Maybe scavenge it for parts, or use it as part of something else.
