I guess I'll give the riddling thing a try...

NEXT RIDDLE
**Scenario
-Due to an unfortunate oversight a Noble Dwarf has let a previously trapped Dragon free within your booze stockpile.

Conditions
-!!Caution!! Flooding the chamber with magma will not work as this will destroy the booze.
-You may not mod the creature file for the Dragon
-The Noble is still in the room with the booze.
-The Noble does not need to survive, bonus points for creative unfortunate accidents that still save the booze.
-The map is 25 X 25
-The room is 8 X 7.
-The stockpile is 2 squares away from the walls on all sides.
-The walls and floors are obsidian.
- *The room is 14z below the ground.
-Everything else is fair game.

Assuming I've already walled dragon and noble in with booze.
Harvest stone from below/around pit, don't even try to get it to cave or anything.
 Build giant cistern in a corner of the map, at least 10x10x10, with built walls and floodgates for one line upward.
 Pump water into cistern until full
 Dig hole from surface just below where floodgates let out water and down to booze stockpile, waiting to break last wall
 Set speed:0
 Break all walls, draft Urist McMiner, order him to surface, set speed back to normal.
 trigger water before noble/dragon can leave stockpile.
 drown dragon, noble, keep booze intact.

I hereby forfeit any right to the next round of making riddles, but..

how many dwarves do we have to use?

I guess I forgot to list that condition as well. I would say unless a specific limit is given you can use as many dwarfs as you need.

1) Create some animal traps and use them to catch some Hoary Marmots.
2) Butcher the marmorts to get their hides, then tan the hides.
3) Dig a complex cavein-delivery system like so:

4) Modify the raws to create a duplicate "fluffy wambler" entry.
5) Pull the lever, releasing the leather into the booze stockpile.
6) Watch as the leather freezes the dragon, noble, and booze, due to a duplicate raw entry making the leather's temperature below absolute zero.
7) Remove the duplicate entry.
8) Wait for booze to thaw.
9) Build stairway to booze heaven.

Note: assuming there is a double door-sized space at the topmost squares of the dwarves side of the room, but the doors aren't built yet.

- Build Ballista and metal bolts.
- grab dragon's attention, then ask noble to come over and try firing ballista. (the dwarf, the noble, and the dragon will all be in a straight line now)
- shoot Ballista through both Noble and Dragon repeatedly.
- attack Dragon with obsidian sword-wielding Adequate Swordwarves if they run out of bolts before it dies.
- Drink, noble and dragon-free!

Dig 10-floor high pit near the booze. Make floor. Make support. Bring Cat Cages. Pit cat as bait for dragon. Watch as dragon kills the kitty, then buildingdestroy the support. Giant Cave in, Dragon falls down, probably dead. Drink booze in the name of dwarven ingenuity.
Receive a decent bedroom for saving noble.

Get a pump and fill chamber with water, then get magma and pump it in. Chill. Garnish with digging picks and collecting booze stuck in obsidian. Drink responsibly.

Cave in the roof - not an entire wall, just a floor. Collapsing floors very rarely destroy items.

VERY RARELY... Dwarves dont take that chance with high craftsdwarfship booze...

The Wormy Muck of Fish-Rumors Magma Brewery is famous for it's specialty Firewhisky brew, aged over an open volcano to speed up fermentation while adding a subtle burning flavor. To protect their brew from creatures, they have built drawbridges over the volcano from which an obsidian pillar that holds the booze platform is supported. If any creature were to step on one of the pressure plates surrounding the volcano mouth, the drawbridge would fling them into the blue beyond. This design worked well for several years, but it failed to count for flying invaders. A pair of skeletal giant eagles has moved in and made the booze platform their nest, destroying the supports and collapsing the stairs to the platform. Thankfully the obsidian pillar was constructed, so they couldn't destroy that, but now the dwarves of Wormy Muck of Fish-Rumors have no way to reach the booze.

Conditions:
1) You may not mod giant eagles or undead.
2) You may not deconstruct the pressure plates. Lolsal the Lurid Splurts is the mechanic who built them, and refuses to let anyone tough his masterworks.
3) If both of the drawbridges are raised at the same time, the booze will fall into the volcano unless another means of supporting the platform is constructed.

2.) Build a giant floor of walls under the bridges.
3.) Raise both bridges.
4.) Watch booze land unharmed on top of walls.
5.) Skeletal eagles descend.
6.) Greet them with axedwarves.
7.) Collect booze.
8.) ???
9.) Profit!

Step Two: Watch in horror as the booze falls into the lava because the game does not work like that.
