I have only two friends who actually know anything worth knowing about me.

I often say things when with other people just to make noise because silence scares me AND makes me violently angry. This isn't the case when I'm alone.

I can never write a screenplay without turning it into a dark comedy. EVER. Even my gay romances end up undone and rewritten as a dark comedy, such as a guy falling in love with himself and being crushed when he realises it's himself. >.< I just want to write a nice script, just once!

I hate alcohol (I've had at most, a pints worth of alcohol in my entire life) and have never done or considering doing drugs.

Those people suck. A theater group I work with has a new director: as old as me, pretty, she acts, sings, and dances lead roles in major musicals and has written a successful children's book.
Oh, and she's really nice as well, and has a natural charisma that I lack.

I dont think you have clear-set rules on that regard. Sometimes it plays to fake sympathy, sometimes it plays to RAEG at the target. It depends on the circumstances.
