The worlds longest pun. Ever. http://forums.kingdomofloathing.com/vb/showpost.php?p=1704611&postcount=96

A pretty good read but you need to read it all the way through.

This is the most awesome thing i have ever read.

The name of this mineral is a pun in and of itself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cummingtonite

You should read Shah Guido G by Isaac Asimov.  Now there is a long set-up for a bad pun.

Quote from: Shakespeare, the Twelfth Night
VIOLA    Save thee, friend, and thy music: dost thou live by thy tabour?
Clown    No, sir, I live by the church.
VIOLA    Art thou a churchman?
Clown    No such matter, sir: I do live by the church; for I do live at my house, and my house doth stand by the church.

All of Shakespeare's works boil down to sexuality.

Freud plagiarized a good sir named William.

Freud plagiarized a good sir named William. All of Shakespeare's works boil down to KRAW KRAW.

Fixed that for you.

I know it's back from the dead, but I couldn't pass this up.

What's Medusa's favorite type of cheese?

Also, while delving into the vast field of nostalgia at work today I realized there's an unintentional stealth pun in the story of Battlefield 2142. Russia and China are fighting the European Union (presumably allied with NATO countries) for what little resources are left on an Earth where all but the equator are a freezing tundra. In both definitions, it's a cold war.

Did you hear the joke about the train? Oh, man, you just missed it.

What about the one about the sun? Ah, forget it, it'll go over your head.

And what about the one about the wall? Nevermind, you'd never get over it.

As I see it, there's 10 kinds of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
