Turn 30: Three, Two, One, Let's Jam
Broadcast over the decepticon radio channels:"This is Codespark, I'm going to do a sensor scan of the area just in case the Autobots pull a trick on us. I'm having some suspicions myself...."
Take to the skies and perform a large sensor sweep of the area. Use passive sensors first and if I find anything usual or out of the ordinary, do a concentrated active sensor sweep in the direction of the anomaly.
You announce your intentions, and scattered Decepticons from around the city confirm that no Autobots are in sight. You, however, don't trust them. You're going to handle it yourself.
[2+3]At first you think it's all clear, but you are slowly brought out of that illusion when you realize that, yes, something is indeed out there. There's something big. It's in... the bay? You move in closer and do a more thorough sweep. [3+3] As soon as you approach the bay, you're mortified to see just underneath the water, a massive shadow. How did nobody see this? Before you can even report, the shadow moves. Boats and several hundred thousand gallons of water are thrown out of the way as a massive Transformer rises out of the water. It is impossible to describe, a blue-ish color, its body so massive that you figure it could fit an entire platoon of soldiers in its torso alone. It rises up until it meets you eye-to-eye. Its eyes are glowing bright blue, and have a blank expression to them. Its mouth falls agape, as it announces its name to the world.

[6+2] Your repairing skills are becoming quite useful, as you bring yourself to full power with little effort.
Finish practice duel, deactivating my sword's electrical enhancement just in case.
[4] You handle yourself well in the fight, beating your opponent soundly. He congratulates you on the victory, then heads off to go scouting with the other Decepticons. (+1 to Melee Weapons)
Continue attempting to fix self.
"What now, Lord Starscream?"
"Oh, I don't know." Starscream replies, surveying the ruins of the city. "Perhaps we could--oh." He is distracted as a ream of information scrolls across his HUD. "Everyone to the docks!" He shrieks. "Everyone to the docks!!" You're not quite sure what he means, but you repair yourself before doing anything. [3+1] You don't get a lot accomplished, but you could make the argument that you could survive a firefight at this point.
Fly escort for Codespark.
[6] You catch up to Codespark just in time to see the monster known as Omega Supreme rise out from the water. The thing dwarfs even you. You almost immediately regret signing up for escort duty. (+1 to Vehicle Use)
I stare in horror at the map. Those bots were all going to die, and there was nothing I could do. Sighing in defeat, I continue to follow Optimus and co. I'm very lucky to be alive right now.
You follow Optimus and the other Autobots as you leave the city behind. Optimus explains that there's nothing left to save in the city, and that the Decepticons will be distracted while you all relocate to a new base, still undetected by Decepticon scanners. Distracted by what, you're not quite sure.
Cautiously move out and look for any survivors, especially humans. Kill everyone I find mercilessly.
[4] By some luck, you happen to run across a small band of refugees making for the border. Like you'd let them go. [3+5][4+1][4+1] Your massive arsenal of weapons, upgraded by your Minicon, wipe the group off the face of the earth with only a single volley. It's somewhat disappointing, really, how little a fight they put up. That is, none at all.

[1]You fly around aimlessly, completely unaware of the other Autobots' location. To say you are lost is beyond an understatement.
