Turn 29: Necromancy in Disguise!

[6+1] You hightail it right out of that city, crossing the safe point with a bit of time to spare. (+1 to Vehicle Use, level gained!)
I challenge one of the others in the bubble to a friendly duel.
[5] The grunt you just repaired agrees, thinking it would be fun. He lets you start it off. The other bubble-mates begin to grumble and complain, thinking there won't be enough room.
Attempt to repair self again. Attempt to apply armor while at it.
[4][2] You manage to fix up a few of the problems with your armor, though you were unable to upgrade it and it's still damaged in some areas. (+1 to Repair, level gained!)
When you ask why the gun is still being fired, one of your fellow Decepticons shrugs. "As far as I can tell, the whole point of it was to kill Megatron. Since he's dead, we're just gonna kill any Autobots too slow to get out.
Ponder for a moment what will happen now that Megatron is dead. Take the time to improve my electronic warfare algorithms and sensor network capability.
[5] You practice your hacking abilities and notice there are a few fatal flaws in your technique. You compensate for these, and in the process discover a small bug in Cybertronian programming that you can exploit. (Level gained in hacking!)

[6] You find one of the very last bubbles in the city, shoving aside a grunt as you move your way in. He is trapped outside the bubble as a result, pounding away at the shield (causing much damage to his hands, mind you) as he begs for you to open up. You do not. (+1 to Total Bastard!)
Since there's nothing to do but wait, I reroute my Mini-con's power from the attack bonus to a new ability. My robot form has its ship form's anchors in its feet (as per the design I drew). These will become "energy flails", which will allow me to grab opponents at range and reel them in, among other things. If it's possible within the timeframe and/or without actual training, I will try to acquire the ability to perform an "Anchor Reel Kick", wherein I "kick" an anchor at an enemy, reel it in, then roundhouse it with the other leg. I'd like some damage bonuses to that, if possible.
[1] Rather angered at your impudence, the Mini-Con goes on a rant about how you Decepticons never treat them with respect, and how they can never just accept the great boons they are given, instead trying to "improve" them as they see fit. Well, this little guy isn't gonna take it! You want to change your ability, you're going to have to earn that change.
Regroup with the other Autobots, attempt to repair anyone who needs it, though let the more experienced mechanics work if everyone is already being tended
[1] You search and search, but fail to find any Autobots. You nearly wander back into the field of the EMP blast, but you avoid it through sheer luck.
Alright, Air Raid's okay. Now, to get the hell out of here. I transform back into my vehicle mode and try to make my way out of the city, and head towards the rest of the Autobots. I currently believe that I'm the only one left in this city.
[5] With extreme luck you manage to escape the city just before the EMP fires. You meet up with Optimus and a few others up on a ridge. You claim that you were the last to escape, but Optimus merely looks at you and shakes his head. He brings up a map on your HUD and shows you that over a dozen Autobots are still within the city, either hopelessly lost or too wounded to escape. There is no hope for them now. (+1 to Vehicle Use, level gained!)
Combine the two guns.
[1] You combined the two guns into a pile of scrap metal. You throw the hunk of junk away, discouraged by your multiple building failures.
Decepticons:Wait
With a few seconds left, everyone watches in anticipation as the satellite prepares for the final strike.
BUILD!
[1] They nearly complete the satellite, only for it to detonate in their faces. They nearly cry from the sheer horror of their imminent demise. Giving up all hope, the two sit down and wait for the inevitable.
Autobots:Escape!
[2] He cannot make it either. His legs carry him as quickly as they will go, but it just isn't fast enough.

Rather bored, he decides that it's time to fire that damn cannon.
The EMP blast sends a blue charge straight towards the earth, frying the entire city. Those in the shields cringe away as those left on the outside are fried, their circuits burning out in red and blue flashes as they flail about. It lasts about a minute as everything electronic and non-shielded in the city dies a painful death. It finally ends, and the shields go away.
The city belongs to the Decepticons now.
