Turn 21: The Final Showdown... Isn't quite here yet.
Go to the city hall AND RAZE THE INFIDELS IN A WORTHY TRIBUTE TO MEGATRON.
[3+3][1] You head to city hall, where you find Barricade blasting a few empty cars on a nearby street. You decide that the building itself is a better target. However, your shots seem to make no noticeable impact. It is then you notice that you're firing empty shells. Whoops...
Transform into full chopper mode and fly at max speed to the city hall. Once there, keep an eye on any electronic activity using passive sensors while flying in a patrol formation at full alert. That way there is no risk of getting hacked.
[1] You attempt to get to city hall at max speed, but move at a snails' pace instead. After you finally arrive you attempt to search for any electronic activity as you patrol the skies. [6+1] You notice that all electronic activity, as far as military goes, has stopped within the city. Either they've gone offline for the moment or you killed them all in the police station. (+1 to Hacking)
Transform, stand up. Look for a good open street in the city where the autobot/human attack force is likely to go through, and hide my turrets in buildings on either side of it. Wait for the attack, at the same time (finally) figure out what weapons besides turrets does my robot form have.
You search for an area where the counter-attack will likely originate from, [5] and decide that a small road coming down from the nearby plateau is a likely route, as it is near where you assume their base is located within the caves. You deploy your turrets accordingly, and then scan yourself for other weapons. You tally up a single large cannon located on your arm, and a pair of hacksaws of course derp derp.
I cover the others in my group from the air, i use my VTOL jets to stay in the same X Y position as them
[2+1] You're a bit slow on the uptake, and barely manage to keep up with your companions.
Head to city hall, picking off any targets of opportunity as I go.
[3+1] [6+3][6][6][5] You travel at a reasonable speed; as you go, you notice a bit of programming you've never tried before. You discover you contain a bit of Cybertronian tech that gives you access to an experimental plasma technology. The stuff gives you a major upgrade in firepower, and you take advantage of this to annihilate every bit of traffic between you and City Hall. For those keeping score, that's somewhere between a shitload and a fuckton. (Level gained in Blaster Use)

[3] You manage to get the lay of the land, but you and your allies have caused so much destruction there's not really any cover for you to take in this spot.
I transform and get out of there, changing to a different model of car(still black) once I've lost them.
[6+2] You manage to transform and roll the heck out of there, dodging all sorts of fire from the station guards. Your job's accomplished, though, and on the way back you attempt to find a new form. [6] You manage to find a slightly better car than the one you're currently using; sturdier, and a bit faster. (Vehicle Use level reverted to 0! Level gained in Vehicle Use!)
Find some cloud cover above City Hall, hide in it, and launch a surprise attack when the Autobot/Human force arrives.
[3] Try as you might, you can't seem to find anywhere in City Hall that will disguise your massive form! And yet, only now do you realize that Lodestarr is currently hiding behind some bushes to your right! How does he do that
Man, the Autobots are quick to trust...or maybe they don't trust me. Maybe they're testing me, and will blow me away at the first sign of resistance. I can't tell with these guys. Being a Decepticon, I should rebel and link back up with my comrades, but I won't. These bots have been fair to me, despite all that I have done. Optimus' speech was truly inspiring, too.
In fact, he was so inspiring, that he has convinced me to turn my back on the faction I once served. I will fight for the Autobots. Omega may be crazy, but maybe they could get through to him, too...I hope. I nod silently to the rest of my team before transforming and speeding off towards the city.
After your monologuing is finished, you tell your team you're ready to go, and the five of you speed off towards Osborn.
Woot, that backfired. I escape.
Shortly after Bulkhead drops you off, you attempt to break out of the cell you find yourself in. [6] You manage to pick the locks that are tying you to a wall, and take two steps before collapsing like a sack of potatoes. Your status shrugs, unable to figure out why it wasn't obvious enough. (+1 to Hacking, level gained)

[4] He manages to find himself some good cover and digs in, preparing for the Autobot onslaught. (+1 to Blaster Use until he leaves cover.)

"Hey, Ratchet." The big green Autobot begins. "Do you think these Decepticons are the same ones we fought at the factory?"
"I wouldn't doubt it." The medic replies. "These guys have been everywhere lately. At first I thought they were Megatron's new go-to guys, but sending them to attack a city this close to us? He must be trying to get them all killed."
Overjoy
Ratchet begins to rave about his new shell and how much more efficient it is than the old one. He bets to himself that with a few more adjustments he'll be nigh-invulnerable.
Grumble grumble
While excited to be going into battle, Hot Rod's a bit upset that he didn't get a chance to rip Contrail a new one.
Countdown
After some time, Optimus opens up a COMM signal to the Autobots and humans and shouts "One turn remaining until the battle begins!"
Nobody can figure out just what he's trying to say, but they figure it means the fighting will start soon.
