Turn 2: A New Challenger!
Anyways, head towards those hangars and check out whats there.
[6] You quickly sneak over to the hangar, and find the door is shut. You bash it down without too much trouble, as it seems the humans use a very flimsy alloy in their construction. You are immediately captivated by a helicopter in the corner, and know it must be yours. You scan it, feeling ecstatic as your form morphs to fit this new vehicle. You are now capable of flight, but are limited to a single blade and a pistol for weaponry. (UH-1 Iroquious form gained! +1 to Vehicle Use!)
Fine the nearest school (Pre to Uni) and take potshots at it.
[4] A short walk away from hangar, you come across a large building that your database identifies as a high school. You gleefully test out your new weaponry on the building. [3+1] Considering you have a massive cannon coming from your arm, it is no surprise that the building falls under your intense barrage, dust blowing hundreds of meters in every direction. A shame no one was inside...(+1 to Blaster Use)
I transform into vehicle mode and explore the city. If possible look for somewhere to get a map.
[5+1] You take your new form on a test run, zooming through the town and weaving through traffic like a madman. As it turns out, you are incredibly fast in this form, and in a few short minute use your own observations in combination with an online map to get a layout of the area surrounding you for miles. It appears that you are in a suburb of sorts, forming a ring around an area referred to as WPAFB, presumably the air base that you've been seeing. From there, you only have two real options to go to: Either explore the air base, or head in the opposite direction towards a nearby mall, where the organics gather for various activities. (+1 to Vehicle Use)
Search for a military engineering vehicle, like an M9 ACE or an M1132 ESV.
[4] You finally reach the hangars, scouring them for anything that could be used for a vehicle. Finally, you come across something called an M1132. It's a bit small, but seems to fit your purposes well, so you scan it. To your surprise, your form grows larger to accommodate the vehicle's bulk, morphing several new weapons. You count a Sabot-round machine gun, and a pair of grenade launchers. (M1132 ESV form gained! +1 to Blaster Use, -1 to damage taken)
claim a Hind helicopter.
[6] You join several other Decepticons in claiming a vehicle, your choice being something called a "Hind" by the organics. As you scan it your right arm becomes a Sabot-round MG, and a rocket pod appearing on each shoulder. The blades on your left arm could be useful in melee combat as well. (Hind Helicopter form gained! +1 to Blaster Use, Melee Weapons!)
Appear, get sports car
[5] As the rest of your Decepticon allies scramble to gain a vehicle, you are barely even noticed as you tumble in behind the rest of them. Luckily, you saw Shadow hitting the ground, and landed where he did, appearing in car heaven. You quickly pick out a green car that met your qualifications, shrinking down to its size. As with Shadow, however, you only have wrist blades and an ion pistol. (+2 to Vehicle Use)
Autobots:Protect the school!
As Band Kanon opens fire on the school, a strange looking blue car approaches you. Unable to guess its type, he watches warily as it speeds towards him, reacting with surprise when it speaks.
"About time some Decepticon scum showed up! I'll give you a lesson on why you don't mess with my town!"
The Autobot transforms while still in motion, resulting in a small blue robot leaping through the air at an armored monstrosity. This must be Jolt.
[6+2][6][6-1] Suddenly, the bot pulls out two electric whips, lashing at Band Kanon with impressive agility. The behemoth has no time to move, and is mauled extensively by the assault. He drops to one knee, already on the verge of collapse. (Band Kanon is severely damaged! Also stunned, -1 to defense next turn!)

For the record, there is an unseen HP system in place for this RTD, simply because I'd rather not have super-bots like Prime go down after a single hit. Unless given some sort of upgrade, all Transformers have 5 stages of repair: Optimal, Damaged, Very Damaged, Extremely Damaged, and Critical. Because Jolt got a 5 for damage, he took away two of Band Kanon's "HP", putting him at Very Damaged. He can take 3 more damage before death.
