just a little suggestion if you guys are fine with it:

i think whoever gets white should place some of his guys in the spaces between the barricades to guard my archers a bit while the rest of his guys forms a line formation in the middle. Green should go to the left and flank the same way as Frelock. This way we could surround them and break their morale easily. Then they may surrenderand we have some weak meatshields...
Yes, a complete cutoff of a retreat will make them either go berserk(Commander Required to be alive and on the battle field) or they will give up and join you guys as a 'Random' Army which I will Control 'Till I find a commander.

Cheddarius shouted to his troops. "All right, men! We'll be facing the goblin army head-on! They may seem dangerous, but their morale is low, and we have many more troops. To war!"
He sent messengers to the other generals, informing them of his plans.
Commander moves up 2 squares. Then the whole army moves up 4 squares.

Ghaz, the distance for a perfect hit is 15 tiles. The goblins are about twice that distance away; if you fire now, almost all your arrows will likely miss.

Meanmelter, how far can the units move in one turn?

He will most likely hit your guys. They can move Eight Tiles.

Crap, did Cheddarius take white? If not, I want to move them in a mirror image of the red guys. Pincer movement FTW!

If he did, I want to stealth as soon as I'm on the map.

I have an idea for an attack plan already.
(Aw fuck, Karnewarrior damn you for taking it already.  I had an idea of a boar's snout formation and a SPEAR wall formation plus 10 guys flanking from the left. Boar's Snout and Spear Wall formation dudes would distract, giving the Red Army and Green Army a little flanking advantage.)

Oops, I didn't see that Karne had already suggested a flank.
I took green, not white.
I think we shouldn't surround them, then, just flank them for now. When possible, cut off everything but a small opening at the back. When morale reaches, say, 25%, surround them.

Want the 'Other army1' spot, it may not me a full army, but you never know what you will be getting, you might get an army of 50 Horsemen with Steel Swords! or some weak Peasents with Pitchforks.

I just KNOW that Karne is just gonna do something stupid. Like charging into the enemy or killing his team.

Turn one!
Moving around and other assets.

Battle Report:
Commander Karne notices his allies, Frelock, decision to flank to the left of the enemy army, so he decided to make a pincer move by flanking the right side of the enemy army. Commander Ghazkulls archers ready to fire, using Commander Cheddarius' men as shields.


New Battle Field


Not much, but I can't think of to much to post here, any suggestions?

You got arrows, your men are trained in them after all, maybe you could tell the other  Commanders to lure them into your range of fire. But I think all the commanders are going to have to prove there worth.
