can you do medical things in adventure mode?

Intelligent answer- Not yet but things are planed after this release's major bugs get worked out.

Actually you might be able to in a sense, if your charaecter has an infection... you could try getting attacked and hope you lose the infected body part.

Which in turn get the connected part eventually infected as well...Aaah, the circle of life.

Yeah, but you can only find bandages in old forts, so you have to hack your way through trogs and batmen to get them. Or so I'm told.

Even worse they dont actually do anything.

Is there any way to stop bleeding?  I just had a character die from an arrow to the finger that then would not stop bleeding, there was just nothing I could figure out to do and death from a finger wound is lame.

This is a known bug on the bug tracker.
