Another game by yours truly.
This game will allow you to see my obsession with Terraforming, oh the wonderful thing. I'll use
Aurora for many things.
And for all of you who want to put ammonia in the earth's atmosphere, this
game is serious. You do something stupid like launching an asteroid at a habited planet, they will either blast you into space dust, or put you in a jail. (Both kick you off the game and put another player in your place)
This is a multiplayer game, it will be a game with a win/defeat of Musical chairs. The person with the least points is kicked out for the next player in the waiting list. You may apply again, but will be put at the bottom of the waiting list. Each round has three players. In the event of a tie (Very unlikely), everyone will move onto the next round, with no-one kicked off.
You are a Terraforming ship, you also have a traction beam to haul certain objects like asteroids, and collide them with planets. You can add gas at a rate of 0.06
ATMs per month, each action takes a month, each turn is a month, and you have eighteen months for each system.
You start in sol, and then go to other unique systems, generated by Aurora (of course). I will make sure to only pick systems with at least one gas giant and at least 5 planets/dwarf planets/moons with a colony rating of at least 4 in Aurora.
Rules.
Be serious.
You CANNOT terraform the same planet of a different player.
You will get a penalty if you attack the planet of a different player with an asteroid. That penalty is 500 points (That's a lot of points).
If you are attacked by another player with an asteroid, you can fling an asteroid back at their planet with no penalty (Self defense).
Planets/moons with a gravity of or less than 0.05 can be dragged around like an asteroid, but you suffer a penalty for them.
If need be, I will add more.
Here's how you score.
+10000 points for a perfectly Earthlike planet (very hard to do).
+200 points for a habitable planet.
-2 point for every 0.01
gravity point (G) away from human's ideal gravity.
-1 point for every degree away from human's ideal temperature. (I will use Celsius because Aurora uses Celsius.)
-5 points for every 0.01 ATM away from human's ideal oxygen ATM amount.
additional -10 points for every 0.01 ATM above 30% oxygen in the planet's Atmosphere. (It's dangerous to have a explosive atmosphere.)
-20 points for every 0.01 ATM of toxic gas in the planet's atmosphere.
+100 points if you have the same gravity as the earth (Hardest to do).
+50 points if you have the same temperature as the earth.
+50 points if you have the same oxygen ATMs as the earth.
+2 points for every 0.01 ATM of toxic gas you remove.
+1 points for every degree in Celsius towards ideal you change.
-1 points for every degree in Celsius away from ideal you change.
+3 points for every 0.01 ATM in oxygen towards ideal you add/remove.
-3 points for every 0.01 ATM in oxygen away from ideal you remove/add.
+2 points for every 0.01 G towards ideal you add.
-2 points for every 0.01 G away from ideal you add.
-100 for every minor Solar Disaster you cause.
-1000 for every major Solar Disaster you cause.
-10000 for every super Solar Disaster you cause.

Lowering: Add anti-greenhouse gas (Each ATM removes that much greenhouse pressure, but still adds to the Atmospheric pressure.). Or removing gas.
Heightening: Add greenhouse gas (Each ATM adds that much greenhouse pressure, and adds to the Atmospheric pressure.). Or adding normal gas.
