I think there's a button right under the power bar.

You can't do it if you already have a charge, by the way.

Mine changed the guild and ignored all ym orders to cancel that quest.

Then you can't charge it. You are only allowed to charge one; the other four you have to get from special events or something.

Just tell him to "join the Slaves to Armok guild" until he does so.

Also I hit the 4th strongest player in the game recently :) and am a grandmaster of one of the guilds (the small one, used to be the big one)
