I haven't noticed a large spread on the numbers (thay are all about 1-4 apart), so it's not entirely random.

I think I accidentally zapped my minion in the middle of the battle instead of her opponent. Oh well, she will get over it.

If you have 100% power, you can add a charge. The rest, you can only get through special methods or something.
