Exactly so. You can use it only once per 24h though, be absolutely sure it's needed (against a single bandit; probably not).

See now my hours of paying morrowind has really helped. Also its interesting to see a elder scrolls base but you added quite a large bit to it and for that, I applaud you.

Thanks! I just used Morrowind as a base because it's one of the better balanced games I know.

You're too far away to do melee on him.  You can move closer to attack in the next round though, if you want.
