Google wave
« on: May 20, 2010, 12:11:49 am »

Well, it now looks like google wave has gone public
http://wave.google.com

In case you haven't heard of it, its a real-time combination of a chat-room and email

And its awesome, if not practical at times.

Would someone want to run a forum game on it ?

AWESOME thank you man, I was waiting for this.

Now I need to get in there and see just how good it'll be for gaming.

No opera support? Lame.

It also doesn't support Noh, Orchestra, Disney-On-Ice, or Stand-Up Comedy.

There are a lot of dice rolling applets written for it.  You can also synchronize views on maps and such (google Earth)

Opera is a damn good browser, don't compare it to disney-on-ice, that browser sucks. You get tons of popups for "Snow white's black dick adventure" and "The little merslut"

This is a temptation that I must be ever-vigilant about resisting. Which is why I use Metalocalypse 6.

So glad this is finally released. When I got into the beta it seemed like it could be awesome if I knew anyone else who had it.

Surely the first smoke signaller was just some clumsy guy with a blanket and a fire?

I've been using it for uite some time, and think it is vastly superior to just abaut evry other form of comunication. Now that it's public hopfull there will be more pepale to talk to!

I get it! Armok translates his text through smoke signals before posting it! ;P

When I last used it, it was really slow. It seems a lot better now, but I'm also on a much better computer.

Man, I've actually had access forever and done nothing. I feel like I missed out on my chance to be elitist. I'm still a douchebag! Honest!
