 It really depends on what you define as gay. Is it simply having that strange feeling in your chest? Is it having some sort of attraction? Is it the desire to do sensual actions with this person? Two of those could be considered not-gay by a lot of people simply because they are feelings that can be felt because of many non-sexual reasons. You got to decide what it would take to define yourself as gay, and stick with that as a ruler. People are incredibly diverse, and simply having one of those traits is enough for some people where others need all three to consider themselves part of that group.

 Hell, there was even a dude I knew who admitted that he sort of got that feeling when he saw attractive dudes. But he was absolutely sure he was not gay, because every time that happened he was not thinking of the dude or his features. He was thinking of how a chick would be turned on, and got excited at the thought of a chick being excited.

 You just need to define what it takes to make this gay. Either you are gay or not gay. Or bisexual, judging from your girlfriend.
