Indeed. System A, we can start small. There is no rush... we are eternal and our dominion is inevitable.

(Looks at system B)

That seems to familier... (Earth?)

System A has the advantage of, as far as we can tell, no sentient life. Disadvantage? No. Sentient. Life.

System B has a tier 3 civ; we can expand through the universe reletively quickly, but stealth would be the key. Not to mention a 1 in 8 chance of landing there.

System C would allow a less advanced space-faring or a relatively simple civ. It would be easier to conquer, with still a bit of risk.

System D has a single planet. If we could assimilate quickly, we could aslo grab that ship.

So I, personally, say System D

My thought was that A would feed us without tipping off anyone, then D would give us some thralls.

We should head for C, a low-tech civ can't hurt us.

EDIT: Oh wait, that's got an interplanetary war going on >_>
Nevermind then, we should go to D.

I'm going to go with System D.

Assuming that spaceship from B can be lured in for a visit then we have space travel without too much risk.
I don't see the point of system A as we wouldn't be able to leave it.

It's not easy but you can leave system A.

1) Galaxy is dynamic and developed civilizations sooner or later will visit the system

2 ) You'll have resources of the whole planets. Spaceships are not the only way to travel

There is also the possibility of uplifting the life in system A as subservient beings

Sounds interesting, I'll change to System A

I quite like the idea of System C actually. The will be more concerned wit fighting each other than investigating us. And if they do, they will think we are some sort of bioweapon created by the other side.

... and this is good why?

If we go to system C, we would have to look as harmless as possible. Like, I'm not sure, a anthill... with underground superiority.

The last thing we want is well-meaning scientists from BOTH sides trying to 'cure' us like we're a disease.

Didn't work out so well for the crystalline entity.

Yes, but we are not crystalline. I still think it would be a good idea to do. We are good enough to be able to defeat them, we'll easily be able to work out a way.

I change my vote to System D. If we can subvert their culture we will have a technological base already in place which is capable of space flight.
