Project Firestart made me freak out a lot. I'm not sure why: it's an old-ish C64 game and the graphics aren't really realistic (there's a few gore shot that set the mood properly tho). Maybe it's because I won it on my first play through - it's not that long - so dying actually seemed to me a really really undesired event, unlike just dying and reloading where eventually it becomes routine. It did make me feel claustrophobic and stuff.
