Ambivalent is a good emotion for one of these.
For example, I've noticed that a lot of guys at my school use Old Spice.
This makes me neither happy nor sad, therefore, meh.

Old spice is best spice.

I'm sick, so I stayed home today.

But I played veedja games instead

But it was only a half day.

But I had yesterday off too.

But I'm running out of batteries for my controller.

Overall, meh.

I have this odd calm feeling today, like I'm between shitstorms in my life. This doesn't exactly make me happy, because I'm wondering when the next one will hit. It's a very similar feeling to being in the eye of a hurricane.

Hi!

People may remember that extremist party I mentioned in Germany (FDP - officially a liberal party, effectively just an extension of the conservatives which has lost all contact with reality during their years in opposition). After whining for weeks for their tax cuts for the upper class, they have suddenly given in to the pressure and are now accepting plans for a stock exchange transaction tax. While I am happy that our government might now move in the right direction to get us out of this mess, I am worried that people will forget just how messed-up the FDP are actually in their core and will vote for them again - despite their miserable track record (^_^;;

There are many voters here where I really got my doubts: I mean, a good portion of the unemployed voted for the FDP, and once elected, the leader of the party denounced unemployed in general as sloths... And such statements were completely in the style and ideology of his, so you could see that coming.

Work being work, and me with not much sleep in. On the plus side, I got out earlier than I thought. On the negative, although I drove in for work, I had to be picked up because my sister needed to borrow my car while I was working.

I'm in a rather bland mood right now considering how today went. Hell, I feel like such a machine (respect received and repetitive tasks/life), I'm even willing to see if it's possible to legally change my name into a serial number. Hell, I've never seen such a height of laziness. I mean, either people are blind, or beyond lazy. Things not even as far away as a few yards I had to point out for people (and these things are "large print" obvious).

In hopes to cheer myself up so I can post something happier, and not resort to going to sad, I might setup my livestream and play a movie. How does everyone feel for "Space Mutiny"? I have the MST3k version, so you get to hear all the nicknames and such given throughout the movie. If anyone's new to Mystery Science Theater 3000, this is a good movie to start with, but it's nothing compared to "Manos: Hands of Fate". I might start it in maybe half an hour. I need to eat first.

Today I realized that my desk at work was dirty, and it was irritating because I had to clean it up. But now that it's clean it has a different feel to it, like I could get a lot of work done! But I didn't get as much done as I wanted anyway :/

Was it a regular pen, or a really shabby polo shirt?

I could see that deal going really well or really badly, you know.

Oh, I guess that sounds like a somewhat reasonable thing ...

Like when you turn on the tap and fill a glass of water, and it tastes slightly chlorinated but otherwise alright.

Just generally alright.

I'm pretty ambivalent about it, too.
