But it does not as of yet do temp's. So not really an answer for this one.

Buuuuut he's trying for a cold world, from the sounds of it, PerfectWorld doesn't support (painting) temperature yet.

You could try going into define a new world and locate the max temp setting and lower that to a point you'd like.

(you might be able to edit that setting on perfect world... I'll check)
