Well I am of the belief that it is useless to lynch anyone day one, just because we have NO information to go off of.

At least day 2, we can get cop information as well as see if there are any people that are doubling up on a proffesion.

Hmm. Well, I don't the town doesn't really benefit from a no-lynch, even on Day 1. A lynch, even a mislynch can get information, and the lynch could wind up getting scum. A no-lynch helps the scum more than the town.

And remember. Not all roles are guarenteed to be in game. So it's possible for a scum to claim cop, and not be challenged due to there being no cop.

That's mean. At least tell him what he did wrong. It can help him grow as a mafia player.

It is always useful for town to lynch day one, because if you do not, this means one less chance that you can kill a scum, and basically gives a free day to scum for a kill.

Need to help out the Town IC as he seems a little lurky lurky.

Ok

Bandages, while we all would love to know who the cop is, and work with him to use his powers for the greater good, it simply isn't strategically sound for him to claim until mid or late-game.  Having the cop claim this early is difficult to verify, easy to fake, and gives the mafia a target.  It's best for the cop to work alone, conducting investigations on whatever players tickle his scumhunting instincts.

Your continually insisting that the cop claim on day two marks you as:
A. The cop
B. The doctor (Trying to find and protect cop.)
C. Mafia, or worse yet, Mafia Roleblocker
or
D. Lazy n00b who wants the cop to do all the work for him

In the case of the former two, you're basically telling the mafia "Hey! I'm important! Kill me first!"
The latter two are anti-town and should be lynched as quickly as possible.

So basically, the combination of all four possibilites make me completely risky to lynch for both parties? Rad.

No you idiot, it means your scum and we should lynch you. We have risk in no-lynching as townies, not in lynching someone.

Lonewolf, if we lynch bandages, we lynch him because we think he's scum not town, we can do our own reasoning. Trying to defend a scummy looking player without reason is called buddying in my opinion, and that is scummy. And we shouldn't worry about scumchat, we can't control it or look at it so why worry about it? Worrying about scumchat is scummy since only scum can look at it or take part.

Why are you worrying about scumchat, lonewolf you scum? Why are you buddying?

He's defending scummy looking bandages without reason or proof. That's buddying and is a scum tatic to save each other.

Not to mention the fact that I'm a townie, so Lonewolf has no reason to save me unless he were also a townie or some variant.

Now I know that anyone who defended me is not a scum, otherwise they would have frothed at the mouth to lynch me. Just like Zako.

Wrong wrong wrong.

Scum does not do that because it makes them look like scum if you turn up town.

Hell a lot of the time (and this is what budding is) scum defend town to look like town.
