Just wanted to point that possibility out. Any strange DF conspiracy theories?

Uhm, last I heard, elves wouldn't destroy somethings habit in such a grand scale to get back at humans in a small way... they'd just ride unicorns and stuff.

That was a dwarven disaster. Dwarves are supposed to do such enviromental disasters.  :P

I really want that one as a "when". I want "grubs", and "virgin woman" to turn into a dragon. and monkey children to suddenly sprout wings. And I want the Dwarven Mutant Academy to only gain their powers upon reaching puberty. I also have a whole host of odd creatures that only make sense if I divide them into children and adults.

Also, tadpoles.

Obviously it's the goblins.
I mean, why else would the waters become 'evil' and contain undead sea creatures?

It was the dwarves. Urist McNewguy pulled the lever a bit too soon. Simple mistake like that.

Ultimuh has a good point. But Goblins wouldn't hurt the rare and elusive sea carp, now would they (They probably would).

why is this in the modding forum?

Obviously he modded in massive oil spills and set up a an event whereby elves pour oil into the booze and water of the dwarves if you cut down enough trees.

It was in the General Discussion forum... but I don't see anything there that says it was moved. So... <Shrug>

It should be there, but I was secretly searching for modding ideas like a reaction involving some random thing about Elves that turns their corpses into Dwarven ale. Because as most of us know Elves are made of booze or at least should be. I would then post the mods so take this Rhuntar  :P

Heh, it definitely does not belong to modding forum. If you have specific requests, there're a Modding Workshop and Shaostul's Guide threads.

You say, as I read this thread in the General Discussion forum.

ELVEN TREACHERY STRIKES AGAIN!

A famous Dwarf General once said:

"Never ascribe to Elven malice that which can be adequately explained by Dwarven incompetence."

or something like that.

And yet your wrong... They attack you when trading wooden things, yet all they bring on caravans is a truckload of wooden objects... Maybe their just pissed off with getting more and more wood stuff each year, they want more metal/stone!
