Yeah, check it. If it works - Rob-Da-Shop. If not - demand replacement and/or money (or whatever) back. And then Rob-Da-Shop

You bear right to go to Skully Rumbugger's and acquire some weaponry fit for such an awesome Space Fish. It rests ahead of you, slowly rotating, like some kind of double-ended nuclear explosion.

Luck Check - 50%

As you get closer, a trawling ship wooshes in from behind you, chasing a school of space dolphins to sell as tuna.

You do your best to speed away from the net...

...but it's not good enough, and you're swept up amongst the writhing, chattering mass.

No matter! This net's only made of plastic, and you're Space Fish!

You jet out through the charred dolphin remains and molten net, no worse for the wear. Shaking some embers off your scales, you zip to the emporium and enter.

You're greeted by a costumed likeness of Skully Rumbugger himself, who dances about you and drinks from his flagon until you're somewhat annoyed and move away.

The emporium is more like a mall than a store, and is a very busy place, filled with all manner of creatures buying, selling, fighting, eating, dancing, etc, etc. You head towards the weaponry department.

Without making any mention of the space krill you've still got, you manage to get the trader to agree to not only sell you a weapon, but to fit it to your head, too, all in exchange for Pumpkin's corpse. Unfortunately, after seeing their stock, you feel that a chainsaw would be unwieldy and not very suited to your needs. A shop assistant digs out an old war drill (a common weapon used against the Rockmen of Asteron in the Leberplank war of the last century), and the technician gets to work fitting it.

You look and feel fantastic with your new drill, and you feel more qualified to hang out with starwhals than ever! The thought occurs to you to rob the place, even though there are lots of workers here who have lasers. You're tempted just to see if the rumours are true about how mighty Rumbugger's workforce really is.

Will Space Fish (foolishly) assault the shopping stronghold?

We're not trained in drill use! We should befriend Starwhal and get him to teach us. Plus we need to raise an army so we can topple the evil trawling empire dudes.

You pull out your bag of space krill and show it to the trader.

"You had that all along? And to think I gave you such a good deal on that drill!"

Dang, consistent!

You calmly inform him that you're not done purchasing, and if he'll continue to give you good deals, he might get his hands on some of the krill. You're looking for a laser.

It turns out, however, that quality lasers fetch an impressive price, and the only thing within your budget is a common ZapTec Self Protection Laser Orb Technology pistol, more commonly known as a SPLOT gun (the fin-grip variety, of course). You talk the shopkeeper into leaving you with some of your krill.

You enquire about a COLLATERAL BLASTBOOMWAVER. He looks confused and suggests you try the music department.

After some explanation he seems to understand the idea, but has never heard of such a technology, and isn't sure how it would work.

You're always ready for space, Space Fish, but is space ready for you?

Okay, um, yea, that place probably has security that can fry us WITH lasers.

So I'll change it to:

Leave the place, then go towards where the Starwhal is, or was.
