Fake Edit: Have you started to worry about the number of "alternates" you're keeping? I love the choices, but keeping up so many different versions has to be taxing...
I bet he has one Gimp XCF file with a bunch of layers he can just switch on and off.  He might even have a batch export script to do it automatically.
I wish I had a script, but I don't. I just toggle layers and save, and yes, I do dread the moment I have to create those 18 (wtf?) tilesets.
Phoebus, unless the two folks that use it prefer otherwise, I wouldn't mind if you dropped the _Kren tileset from the pack.  The only difference is the walls, and I've been using the default rounded walls you made lately. ;)

Don't worry, generating the tileset with your wall is the fastest in the pack tied with the fonts and the other walls options without secondary options. They take 5-10s each.
Smooth floors, grimdark & punctuation are the big expensive one (smooth floors most expensive), and I often do mistakes when generating them and have to spend extra minutes generating them again. :/
It takes me ~10minutes overall to generate all of the alternate tilesets, so it's not THAT insane.

One suggestion tho.  A "None" option for everything, just because it would be easy to add and might turn out aesthetically useful from time to time (like the symbol charts)

You can add your own tileset choices to the assembler.
It's not nearly as customizable as I hoped for, but it will do the job.

I'll add none as an 'option' to the symbols box.

Added the Tileset Assembler. (Windows only)
You can now create your own tilesets, so I removed all but 3 pregenerated tilesets. Default, Meld & Diagonal.
All non-economic vein stone now use layer tiles.
Fixed the name of hide root seeds.

The tilesets created by the assembler will work (of course), everything else wont. Deon's uses completely different raws.

Edit.: I forgot to change an error message.
The data file for the assembler are in "/data/art/TilesetAssembler/".
If you add files with the correct prefix it will be listed and used by the assembler.
There's no sanity checks at the moment, so make sure extra tileset sections contain all the necessary tiles and no other tiles.

I'm still loving your default set so I'm not sure if I'll use it, but this is a great utility. Hopefully this will make your life easier and allow for even more customizable graphics.
