How can i change meat to look lile meat and not like fishies btw?

To make a change to a PNG tileset you will need an image editor that handles PNG and alpha transparency, like GIMP or Photoshop.
Open the tileset, open another tileset with a meat tile of your liking, delete the fish/meat tile from my tileset, copy & paste the other fish/meat tile over, save under a new name as a PNG file, change DF's init to use that new tileset.

The meat tile is made to look like a drumstick, it never really bothered me before so I let it be so far but I could split the small fish & meat tile into two separate tiles.

This is a great graphics set! Makes the game much more playable. The only complaint I have is that the font is too anorexic. I added an extra layer of pixels to every line, and it's actually readable now. (It was causing ghosting and double-vision unless I put my nose on the screen.) Yay!

I'm having trouble where wild strawberries and sun berries appear as black squares. Is this normal?

Small note: if you build a wooden door, the graphic is completely black with a few pixels on the left and right edges of the tile. I can get a pic up if needed.

Great tileset though! Blows mayday's away!

That's not normal and should be fixed in the next version.

More inverted tile hack madness, this time with the 'vertical' wall. The dots you see on each side are the engravings of the wall. Trying to fix the problem by changing the color of wood is bugged as the game auto-force brightness on the part that is black (the main part of the tile), so it's either black or bright yellow, and the change would affect every other woody things like barrels and bins in the same way (bright yellow/brown barrels FTL!). I'm trying changes to the engraving pattern on the wall so they look something like a door when inverted, I'm not promising anything yet.

Oh man, it's bad in there. The DT thread is rapidly devolving, and it's only a matter of time before Toady or Threetoe nukes it.

In the meantime, it sounds like it's going to be a while before DT will be .09 compatible.
