I just noticed that my "Rough-hewn Cassiterite Wall" looks like a brown oak tree. Also, my "Rough-hewn Galena Wall" looks like a white oak tree.
You need to update your savegames to the graphic pack's RAWs.
Run DF_savegame_updater.bat to update your savegames, then start the game.

The doors I have have frames and everything.
What material are you using?
He's talking about wooden doors, and it bugs me too. Wooden doors are just black tiles with a brown line on either side. Lemme go make one real quick and I'll get a screenshot up.

I've been made aware of the problem a few days ago, but I've yet to find an elegant solution to the problem.
The wooden doors are drawn using the same tile as the N-S walls connecting them in your screenshot, and I have no control over that. If I change the way wooden door tiles are drawn, I also change the engraving patterns on the N-S walls, and if I change the engraving patterns on only the N-S walls they will swear when placed next to different engraved wall sections. So, I have to redesign all wall engravings to fix the wooden door problem; yeah, that doesn't make much sense, still I'm working on that.

Cool. I always just assumed they were meant to look like that, it's awesome to know that an improvement is at least on the to-do list.

The only reason it bothers me is because it makes them look like they're supposed to be a screen made out of beads or something, and I feel like a pansy elf for having a wooden bead door.

Here's a tileset attempt at fixing the wood door problem:

The engravings are now covering the whole walls flowing in the wall texture patterns.

Good question, if people ain't complaining, usually it's because things work... usually.
At any rate, the wooden doors are not looking good even with this fix, but at least they look like something which is already a great improvement.

Yeah, they kinda look like they're made out of cheese now, but it's a lot better than a black tile  :P

I don't know if it is just me, but I find the TEXT with the custom packed setup, actually hard to read...

I know Ryusho, I had the same probrem. But as long as you switch the default with the Guybrush font, YOU'RE ON IT.

I would still like that save as I'm not even sure if the fix actually fixed anything.
