Monks and Masons Mafia - END! Wolves win!
« on: May 16, 2010, 05:19:48 pm »

Spoiler: Flavour (click to show/hide)
The setup is ‘monks and masons’. If you don’t know what it is, the roles are as follows:
12 players
8 Are town
2 Are mafia
2 Are werewolves

2 of the town are Masons. They know each other well and know that they are definitely not the mafia. However, they are not certain if the other one is a werewolf.
2 of the town are Monks. These are similar to Masons, except they know for sure that the other isn’t a werewolf. However, it is unknown to them weather the other is a mafia member.
Werewolves are basically another scum team; they also get a kill like the mafia and win when most of the town and mafia are dead.

Note: Scum teams get a shield to protect them from one night kill action. After that, they are open to all the elements.

Alive players:

1. webadict Replaced by Azure Sepulchre
2. GlyphGryph Killed Night 2. Monk (Townie)
3. Leafsnail Killed Night 3. Townie
4. Jokerman-EXE Killed Night 1. Townie

Well technically there are 12 towns and the mod (or mayor flavour-wise) In the flavour the Mayor doesn't know, but IRL I do know.
Makes sense much?

For mafia this isn't a too complicated setup. Should be alright for newer players, although I reccomend beginners mafia as well.

There is no Beginner's Mafia open at the moment... bleh.  I need to go update the Signboard tomorrow and try to get a thread open for that, though I'm not promising to run it.

Yeah, this setup is pretty simple.  The only quirky thing is having 2 mafia groups.

The one thing beginners and newbies must stay clear of is bastard mods... xD
EDIT: Would it be false advetising to call this BM 10.5? :P

Right, and this is the closest I could get without waiting forever and a half.

I'm in.

Also, hello Mafia subforum. I'm not new to mafia, I've played a bit on another forum, but only one game here long ago (before the Mafia subforum).

The setup looks interesting, it seems there's a lot of pairs. That should make for fun analysing.
