Hey! How's everyone doing out there? Cloudpillar and Skycrashes are both on year 4 still, and I think Team Chaotic Evil was on turn three or four last I heard from them; dunno about anyone else. Just curious as to what all is going on.

Flaede's working on turn 4 for SkyCrashes. I haven't heard anything from him about his progress, so I'm just going to assume that he's hard at work making something absolutely terrific. Something involving magma, I think.

I'm awaiting word from CB or Duke (or, for that matter, any random crazy) on the whole actual let's-do-this-thing thing.

Actually... CB hasn't PMed me or anything, so perhaps removing him from French-Bake and puttin' up a big ol' "Hiring!" sign wouldn't be too far our of line.

Yeah, sounds like a good idea (and no, not out of line :P). I'll re-mark you as open.

Actually, we're on turn 5 now.  Progress is moving kinda slow at this point with the reduced fps of 130 dwarfs and all the designating, but we're trucking along.  Up to 57 z's.

Year four of Cloudpillar just got completed, and the save has been sent to Retro.

Hopefully we won't go insane from all the designating before all this is over :P

Magma slowed things down. So did all the ambushes that I think are skulking around out there. (paranoid? me?)

Saw that Team Chaotic Evil finished year 5, though they posted in the other thread. Not that I blame them, though, seeing as they're titled very similarly and that one's begun to surpass this one in length :P

I'll hold off on adding you until James gives word, but I imagine he's cool with that.

Yeah, that was embarassing.  Didn't mean to post it there.

We are, indeed, done with year 5!  Here is the map of our so far 64 story tower.

That's because we're awesome and we know it!

I'll go change the name of the thread to avoid confusion like this.

Our turn 4's done. Sorry I didn't post a map. It would be fun to check out all the trails of blood and whatnot that are all over the surface.

That and to point out the mysterious floating dwarves from the horrible Level 69 Warp Accident.

Details? This sounds hilarious.

No!

Just joking. I'll mash together a PM to start of the communications.
