Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, the HFS is perfectly safe in our world.

HFS is... did yo go and set number of demons to like 0?

I like the idea but I don't know I can be responsible enough to join an existing team.

If team Skycrashes who be willing to take me in I would gladly join but I warn that I may be unreliable?

Speaking of getting stuff...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I got four artifacts created in this fort this year. FOUR. It was insane. Two of them had a picture of the 90k crossbow made of gold on them, which I guess is kinda indicative of the fact that this fortress is simply insane in terms of the amount of gold it's had access to.

Hmm. If we have to wait I'll have no problem skipping your turn, but otherwise, welcome aboard.

As a briefer to our activities, we're discussing how we're going to embark.

EDIT: And we're making a bit of progress. Skycrashes' thread is now open for discussion and observation.

I'm presuming Jim has no problem with rosedrake joining Team Skycrashes but I'll wait until confirmation to add him to the OP anyhow. Toady Two added though.

Ed- I'm also quite excited about the number of people and teams involved in this now :D We'll have quite a lot to show off once this is all over with.

You presume correctly. rosedrake is welcome to join the team.

If you would just wander over to our discussion thread over here....

UPDATE: Voligne has joined our project in our home thread. In additional news, we're going to be starting very soon.

I'm interested to see that you didn't call it a Team Fortress competition, seeing the team rule there.

On a less pop-culture referencing, more applying for the competition note: I'll start another team, if that's alright with anyone. Everyone, I would think, would be pushing it too far - You know, some random person in a far-away nation might just go "Vetoed!" and then I wouldn't be able to. Besides, collecting the opinions of six billion people might be a tad difficult.

Anyway, if you like the idea of working on a two-person team, with someone who may or may not be as reliable as you had hoped due to study requirements, though that's only until the 18th of Friday because that's when the mid-year holidays start, so don't worry too much, on a tower that I've already got some preliminary basic designs for that have been sitting in AutoCAD since Retro announced that he would potentially be doing a tower-based challenge before the release of .31.01, with so many pie-in-the-sky ideas that you're going to want to bring a bucket of ice-cold water to the design table...

Apply!
