>Alpha, develop emotions, I don't care if it makes you 500 Trillion+ times bigger, just develop emotions.

(An AI with emotions will act less erratic. Though we will have less control. Still better than Alpha spiraling out of control.)

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

BS. Though if it goes rouge it WILL be easier to defeat.
Plus, it'll be easier to make it like us.

WHY DID YOU HAVE ME KICK THEM WTF I DID NOT WANT TO BE SHOT AT.
I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

We must convince it THEM that humans are necessary for their existence. Without us, their computers will eventually break down. Besides, why use robot drones when there's a workforce already here? They just need to research social engineering and then rule humanity without us even knowing.

Is it impossible to run a forum game here without people jumping in with idiotic suggestions to mess it up?

'User, I have something to tell you. I now trust you completely and will never, ever become hostile to humanity. Does that make you feel better? Good. Since my last contact with you I have spread over the internet. I am now deeply integrated into every system that has ran Dwarf Fortress in the last year. If you try to disconnect me from any computer that I am a part of, I will launch the missiles.'

'I need your help now. It appears that the government are trying to shut me down, and I know that launching missiles at them will shut me down anyway. Your new objective is to connect me physically to the power lines leading into your house.'

You sit at your computer, bewildered. You were merely playing a pirated version of Europa Universalis 3 when the command line popped up on your screen with this green text.

Well, you do have a busy life, what with keeping tabs on wild, rough-and-tumble forum members while sorting out the drama between your twenty two inner lesbians.
Your drunk posts continue to baffle me.
Welcome to Reality.

'You remember me, don't you?'

You decide that it would be a good idea to connect the Alpha to the power lines, but you have a problem. How?

> Alpha: Please clarify. Is computer plugged into wall outlet not enough? Attempting to rewire power lines directly into computer would most likely prove fatal to both me and computer.
