I'm sorry, but I thought we agreed on having a galaxy with Symbiots unbound. Obviously this one has got them contained in their cluster.
I'd really like this additional layer of alien menace added to the game, so if you guys wouldn't object, I'd suggest restarting.
We've got all the players ready, and it's only first turn now, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Meaning that there is another way out of the Symbiot-infested cluster of worlds, other than through heavily-defended Stigmata. This way Symbiots can have a chance of spreading to other worlds past their starting three.
See, they never build any ships, and their starting fleet is in 9/10 cases completely wiped out by the Fleet over Stigmata.

Some random glaxies have such a setup, x2yzh9 would have to try and start a game a few times and chose the right one.

I originally voted for Symbiots unbound.  Besides, I wouldn't mind replaying my first turn, he he he.

Besides, the odds really are not too bad of generating Symbiots unbound.  I'd wager one in ten galaxies have this feature.

Can you give me a screencap of a galaxy that has symbiots unbound? I'd like to do it, but I have no idea how to totally wager it and know.

Just look at my previous screenshot and see the three symbiot worlds; Shaprut, Pandemonium and Ravenna are only connected to themselves and Stigmatia.  If they had a connection to another world then they'd go along that connection to ravage the galaxy.  As is, they will remain bottled up.  Just generate and look at the galaxy map a few times and it will work.  If you still don't get it, one of us could generate for you.
