People are afraid of Sniper Joe Sofia Janet  because of all the times in VN where he/she wouldn't stop being simultaneously threatening, perverted, and twisted. Honestly, I don't really think he/she's all that scary, considering that it's not like he/she can punch me through my screen.

You are in big trouble.
She CAN punch you through the screen.
(And detach you limbs.)

I'm noticing a bit of a divide here between new and old forumites.

I wouldn't consider myself "new".

Just not flipping old.

Vector; what are your thoughts on being 2nd manliest bay12'er?

Pretty cool, for a 105-lb girl who gets blown over when she's biking in strong winds.  I'm honestly surprised (and seriously, dudes, this is silly), but it's kind of cheering =)  My thanks to everyone who voted for me.

Have you ever done the math to see if you can get enough push from your hair as a sail to go land boating with skates?

Lots of long pretty hair and not a lot of mass. GO FOR IT!

Sniper Joe became Sofia.
Sofia became Janet.
They seemed to have different personalities, someone else could probably explain them.

Anyway, I got here just before the VN closed.
I lurked for quite some time before finally posting.
I was an upper forumite, spending most of my time in the lower upper forums (adventure mode, modding, and DF GD) before coming here after quitting DF until the new version came out.
Then it did, but I can't play it, so I only ever visit the upper forums very rarely.

I voted Workerdrone before reading any of the posts.

The sad part is I think that's the only reason I got so many votes.

I voted Workerdrone because, frankly, I don't care.

Piecewise for being last gets underdog rep though.

It's memetic. And it's been that way since the time I signed up to Bay 12, so I really can't explain it. Jackrabbit, Cthulhu, Aqizzar, Hawkfrost, or ToonyMan would know.

It's memetic is probably the best way to describe it. It's just a thing that happened, mostly a joke. Thing is though, if you know her and believe her (and I believe her) then she really is that scary in real life when pissed off.

Also, you'd be wise not to insult her, because she's got a large group of friends and we and her are likely to gang up on you if you do. I can think of at least one person who has thrown a hissy over the amount of people on here who support each other in arguments.

I meant it in more of a 'WorkerDrone is just that manly I don't need to think about it' way.

Well, WorkerDrone wins this one. Everyone else gets ball bearings. I couldn't find actual steel balls.
