Actually, losing in Civ IV is typically extremely frustrating because the AI typically wins through the most sinister means possible, like organizing a massive invasion force two turns before you're going to win a culture victory, despite being in 'Friendly' relations.

I may be biased a little bit too. I'm just glad there are other people in the world as bad at Civ 4 as I am.

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

Hey, an interesting loss is still vastly better than the slow, inevitable demise of being outteched. I swear the AI doesn't have to deal with half as many barbarians as real players do.
