Shredded Wheat
« on: May 10, 2010, 11:39:06 pm »

I just saw an advertisement for Shredded Wheat. Apparently, their leading selling factor is that it is just a pile of wheat shredded up and thrown in a box, without any other ingredients of any sort. What do you guys here on /bay/ think, is that a good deal? Image related.

Okay, so, today this girl I know-Lauren, just took a sudden dis-interest in talking to me. Is she just on her period or something?

The only ones worth paying for are the frosted mini wheats.
Those are delicious.

You can always just put sugar on regular shredded wheat.

Yes. But that is cheating.

It also does not result in Frosted Mini Wheats, but in fact Regular Sized Shredded Wheat And Sugar.

But you can also use brown sugar or chocolate syrup or all three.

The cinnamon ones are dank. Never got the point of the plain ones. You have to add something to it, which is... effort.

Seeing the commercials makes me wonder, why are foods so damn suicidal in commercials? Hell some other food sell out their own kind.

The Shreeded Wheat are teaching each other to nourish the minds of human beings. How to do it? Get eaten. The Sunkist Tuna is advertising his ground up friends. All other similar commercials involve just as suicidal and outright evil foods.

Anybody else notice this kind of stuff?

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.
