Who are we waiting on?

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

@Tarran - Still maxicaxi. If he doesn't post a color and troops by tomorrow morning, he'll just get a random color and sit there. He'll get income, though.

@Paranatural - I can't think of a way to implement spying without it being crazy to manage. Therefore, I'll roll some dice to see what you fight.

I decided to just set maxicaxi as pink. South Africa has been integrated into the map.

I assume that the U.S. won't turn back to neutral, because, well, it's my starting country, right? They have no home government to rebel to.

Also, the units will be random, but about what strength will they be? As many units as a PC nation of that size on the first turn? Half as many?
First action: Send every unit into Canada.

Correct, starting countries won't become neutral. Their armies will be bought with the starting money of a country of that size and income. However, they won't rebuild or increase their strength after an attack.

Maxicaxi, are you attacking with all your troops?

The rest of this post is recording the actions of the 10 militant countries. Correct me if I get some wrong.

Supported by the battleship KRI Kemerdekaan, all troops will invade East Timor in order to return it to the Republic.

They will be struck by irony, because 'Kemerdekaan' means 'Independence,' and East Timor voted overwhelmingly in favour of independence from Indonesia a while ago.

A question:

Which sea zone(s) do(es) the Netherlands actually border with?
