I'm q-ing over the kennel, I try to add a "tame large animal" job, and it's just showing me a blank screen where the list of animals to be tamed is. I tried resolving the lack of cages by bringing a caged raccoon down to the area I opened up in the cavern (the wall of the pit), then pitting it, but that just causes untold mayhem and panic as a raccoon runs around the fort.

Note: should have 2 fox's... I didnt get a chance to try but I think tame animal might be bugged.  Havent tried it with every creature yet,  Can create war animals from animals caravans bring though.  (wich, if you get elven caravans please be nice,  We want us some giant jaguars or something.)  (Ps:  As soon as a dragon wanders on map save,  Save scum until you capture the brute,  We need a dragon-pet ftw.)

It works with neither foxes nor raccoons. Also:

WAR DRAGONS!

Is a breeding pair possible? If so I reccomend we lock them in a room together for five years and see what happens,  If it continues to work Demand that the first two be kept as breeding stalk,  The military of course each gets a war dragon,  And Lets have a room dedicated to dragons in the prison,  Just to keep things interesting,   If breeding dragons are not available,  Still have a room dedicated to the one we shall (Its not an option) get.

Who needs strength when we can have numbers?  Changing the plan, if you get a pair of breeding dragons keep 5 male 5 female and breed them like cats.  Then we shall burn the elves with their precious forests.

You have discovered an expansive cavern deep underground.
You have discovered a magma pool.
You have discovered a great magma sea.

Wait! Some shady creatures are lurking!

EDIT: We have Nether-caps! Yes! This track pretty much sums up my feelings right now.

Good job urist.  You server your people well,  I reccomend we start work on the prison immediatly.  And that we start digging a ramp down for a caravan,  armok knows the only good thing worth recieving in trades is magma safe anyway.  Then we can sort the bedroom issue,  You have your work cut out for you.

I think one of the cats is going to take a dip in the magma pool.

Since, I am going to be awake for four more hours or so...

Sounds like a good idea,  when someone is unable to play (work, school, sleep,) Just upload from wherever you left off, someone else can come by and claim it for as long as they can.  And etc etc.
