When I said this I hadn't read the thread thoroughly.

Mr. Person has made some excellent points about various people in the game so far, so I'm willing to give him a little leeway because he's been making some sense recently and hasn't been spouting bullshit from every pore. Unvote Mr. Person. If I can give webadict leeway _{against my better judgment} then I should probably do the same for Mr. Person.

Some bits that caught my eye in what I've read so far.

You should know that I'm only invested in games where I'm scum. If I'm town, with a particularly uninteresting role, I tend to gravitate toward more engaging Mafias.

I'll admit that I'm fickle. I do appologize for any lameness that might bring to the game though. I'll see what I can do to get caught up this weekend... but I'm totally pulling 50 hour weeks, plus accelerated spring/summer classes in evenings, so my weekend has been compromised as well.

Are you using your lurkiness as a way to explain how you're town? That seems like a contradiction. Nobody lurks to prove how town they are, because it's not in the list of things that good townies do to look like good townies.

Why are you using that as a defense though? It seems like you might be trying to put off questioning until a time of your convenience. Like tomorrow, after you've killed the person who asked you those questions.

I'm going to place my vote on Cheeetar. It seems to me that he's got Mr.Person off-balance and is simply pushing without a real direction in order to draw scumtells out of him that may not be the result of actually being scum, but of being constantly attacked. This is just my gut feeling though.

How does that make Cheeetar scum, exactly? It looks to me like Cheeetar is doing what he should be doing. You know, attacking who he suspects, trying to make the people he suspects look scummy, etc.

Pandarsenic: Request a replacement. If all you can do is post active lurking posts twice a day or so then you shouldn't be playing this. If you don't request a replacement I'll assume you're scum using your tests as an excuse to active lurk and not contribute at all.

Mr. Person: I think you're scum. I think you're scum for wanting Solifuge to reveal who sent him the information so he could be lynched. I think you're scum because of the PotC WIFOM/confusion thing you said Day 1's assist phase. I think you're scum because of the incredibly weird attacks you've put on Webadict (look, he isn't reacting in exactly the same way as he did in this game 2 months ago). I think you're scum for being so horrified at lurkers, yet doing absolutely nothing about it. You asked no questions of them and did nothing but request prods which would have made them post once and forget about it. I think you're scum for unvoting Webadict and voting someone else simply because you thought you could get a lynch on Solifuge more easily.

webadict, even if you're town, you still need to die. You'd cause too much confusion tomorrow if you somehow managed to live with everything you just admitted to. Like lying about the pardoning. Brilliant move, by the way, like everything else you've done.

That argument is eerily similar to what Jim said a while back about Webadict.
