Nah, I can think you're stupid before you start calling out Solifuge. I'm just pointing out a plan you might use as scum, therefore eliminating it at it's source. You can no longer use that plan, see? If you think THAT's overreacting, then you haven't seen anything. And believe me, if you want to see overreaction, I'll show you overreaction.
This is really weak. Sometimes a random vote is just a random vote, so you're really stretching trying to say I've got some sort of plan behind it. Even worse is calling me stupid and scummy for it.
Yep. I found him out. webadict's scum. I can already tell, this is going to be a great game.
I see no benefit for town voting himself besides trying to prove right off the bat that he's town, which, to me, doesn't like the best idea, but please, if you know more, enlighten me.
Did I say I was smart? I'm new to this game, and know only basics really. Not that that's an excuse, but being vague does not help me...or you, as my vote stays.
Here, I'll enlighten you, since webadict is scum. By voting for himself, webadict wants you to think he's town. Since getting thrown in the ring leads to lynches, it's a reasonable assumption that the scum would want to stay out of it. webadict is playing directly to this assumption, by doing something people think scum wouldn't do.
This is pure WIFOM, and for this exact reason the players in Wizard Duel adopted a policy lynch of all self-voters. This isn't Wizard Duel, but the policy lynch works well enough here.
And yet... you have failed to find scum. At least in me. There's been approximately 6 hours or so of this game and you seem to be committing really fast on a lynch for all the wrong reasons as well.
You're applying a policy lynch from a game that the lynch system is based off of without the rules of the lynch being the same. Which means you're rushing the game along in a hasty manner, avoiding anyone else (Tunneling) that happens to be here and then regauging what overreacting means. Then you call me weak for NOT overreacting? Oh, and then you claim that you're WIFOMing.
See, I can play that game. I can throw out things that are scumtells in all of your posts. Then you'll later retract the vote, claiming it to be a random vote anyhow with all the reasoning behind to be either a stretch of the truth or just a rehatching of it. In the end, it only makes you look scummier, and not me, though I suppose you're assuming that the means to an end are all justified.
But, you'll just say I'm ranting or over-explaining things, right? Kinda like this:
Webadict, stop reading so much into everything.
Generalguy. I, too, vote for the sake of voting.
I'm guessing that each day is going to be a different theme, and each theme is going to be decided by a specific player, like in BYOR when Pandarsenic hosted a version of it.
I don't understand why I shouldn't look into things so much. Scum clearly do, in order to make sure we don't. Usually, things make a certain amount of sense, where looking into it DOES HELP.
Jim, I do believe that's buddying, which if I'm not mistaken, is a scumtell. If he's town, he can prove it himself. Jim Groovester, you are scum. Prove me otherwise.
Toonyman, you're off the hook, but I'm watching you...
You'll have to unvote the person you're unvoting first, in order to make sure you get both votes. It also makes the mod less confused.
Anything else you'd like to BS, Jimmeh?
Jim, I do believe that's buddying, which if I'm not mistaken, is a scumtell. If he's town, he can prove it himself. Jim Groovester, you are scum. Prove me otherwise.
Toonyman, you're off the hook, but I'm watching you...
That's not how this game works, Zako. The burden of proof lies upon you to prove me scum, and failing that, to provide enough evidence that everyone can agree upon that shows I am more suspicious then the next person.
Consider why you are accusing me. I corrected you. Anybody could have corrected you. You could have corrected yourself. Would you accuse everybody who corrected you of being scum?
You being wrong about ToonyMan's participation in Wizard Duels is a non-issue. Likewise, me correcting you is also a non-issue.
What is an issue, is that you think it is. You're new, so I'm going to assume that you just don't know how to go about this game, before I assume you're scum. Well, here's a hint: you're going about it all wrong.
I don't know how to correct your play in such a short amount of time, so you'll have to just figure it out on your own. But at the very least you should know that you don't accuse people of being scum over non-issues and demand they prove their innocence.
OH NO OVERREACTION!
