Unfortunately no. The banned guy posted the Kotaku article and the plaintiff's charge. Brad said she was lying about everything and posted some sort of counter claim from his side. Then he declared that he was "exiling" the guy to the broken forum and suddenly everything related to that post was deleted (even Brad's responses).

*sigh* And to think, I had such high hopes for Stardock back when this game was first announced.

Silly me.

So did I.  They tricked me with their "Gamer's Bill of Rights", which was only made for the goodwill it would generate and I fell for it like a rube!  Swore off that company after they wouldn't refund my copy of elemental which was missing multiplayer.

Well, I'm not going to get rid of Fences, but otherwise Stardock is digging itself a hole here.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Well,  :-\ I do like Sins of a Solar Empire but I don't think I'll buy anything from them anymore. Not like I "Buy" anything from them now anyways but still.

well, other claims and emails does stand, but remember that what is considered 'explicit' may vary.

In terms of sexual harassment, I think the bar is pretty low.

Indeed. And most of the stuff she claims he did are pretty clearly sexual harassment. Heck, half of it is stuff that's specifically mentioned in the anti-harassment classes I've had to take at various companies. If even a few of those are true the guy's a major sleeze-bag. And I wouldn't be too surprised to learn that all of them are true.

given that you can get a lawsuit for commenting loud on a third party, I'd agree.

but meh, it's just the big no no of this time so you just don't do it, what kind of jerk can't be professional with a colleague?

What worries me is I'm pretty sure his legal response didnt deny the emails were real, but denied that they constituted harrasment......... If anyone at my company responded like that, theyd be fired faster than....  Well, someone being fired really fast. If it was the ceo...... Well, thered be a public execution most likely...

Theres an update on the kotaku article. He talks about being a "relaxed software company" but basically admits that those emails are real. There's no denying that that is textbook harrasment....

Yeah...having a hard time taking Stardock's side on that one.

Beside which, the stuff she supposedly deleted was all marketing and trade show stuff. NOT the type of thing that you'd have the developers working on and hardly an excuse for all the problems that game had at launch.

If anything, the marketing went a LITTLE too well. A lot of people bought that shitty game.
