Deepspark is deeply awesome.

Here here!  I've not commented before this, but I've been following Deepspark's tale with deep interest from the first day of its story!

Just read this.
Awesome.
Can I have one of the soon to be military dwrves?
Derek the Soulchopper. Personality: Just barely under the minimum limit of clinically insane. Likes axes.

I should really be finishing my assignments, but this thread is just too good.

Just wanted to say:

Most fabulous. Deep crow. Ever.

Darlings.

Nahkh sits up in his bed, rubbing his eyes. A quick glance at the alarm clock.

"OH FUCK! I OVERSLEPT! BY TWO WEEKS! OH MAN I GOTTA GET BACK ON THIS!"

EDIT:
Ok I gave out a dude called Derek the Soulchopper. One of the kids I forget whose.

There's a bunch of migrants in the surface, and one of those unkillable forgotten beasts. A snowball with wings. Although the wings are torn off these days.

EDIT 2:

Also, what the hell was I doing? I've designated these weird areas to be dug and I've got no idea what they are.

I guess it has to do with my plan to take over the world retake the caves. Maybe some kinda trap system? Or an airlocK?

You were going to have something that sealed off the well with a cavein in an emergency. I think.

When in doubt, turn it into a magma works.

I just realized, after adding the new body parts to the other races, that I have an entire squad of dwarves with a shield in each hand and swinging their axes with their penises. There's nightmare fuel for those goblins, in more ways than one.

I don't think so, no.

So we got monsters above, monsters below, dwarves in the middle and a party in the dining hall. Sounds good to me.
If all else fails, remember one thing:  kittens are delicious, nutritious little goblin-baiters, cavern explorers, and ambush-finders.

Well, if we necro it enough, we have a chance of either an awesome person coming here, or another kind of awesome person coming here. Win/win.
