Like I said, wells are magical water cleaning devices the likes of which we cannot comprehend.

Fine, fine.

Also, the migrant just finished. An iron idol of dwarves travelling. Meh.

It's a final record of their journey to the place where they would die. He made it out of his broken dreams of a better life.

And then those dreams became iron?

And Brak's churning out babies faster than she's churning out mandates. At least.

EDIT:
I love it how someone gives birth at a party, while the others just keep partying.

Mmm, I see the Obama clan may become the rivals of the of the Demonic Spoon clan sometimes in the future of Deepsparks.

Well, I'm building their home to the other side of the fort. AND THEY'RE CLOSER TO THE DINING HALL THAT YOU ARE.

I hate it how hard it is to get these lazy bastards to DO anything. There's a constant party going on in the dining hall, and everyone's invited. Maybe it's just the low population, but I don't recall it being this irritating in the old version.

And mining and smoothing walls take much longer for some reason.

*grumbles about how things were better in the old days*

Meeting places designated from zones than furniture = no parties.

It always worked in .40, dunno about 0.31 :P

It seems to work in 31 as well. Haven't had a party yet.

Well, I'll have to order all work to stop so I can get those last four dwarves paired off. Need more babies.

This is freaky. Build the walls to the ceiling! :P

The "poisonous vapors" may kill the whole fort if someone picks the poison on his clothes.

Meh, I built the walls up to the sealing like two years ago. After the refugee camp was murdered by forgotten beasts.

More babies. *sigh*

In fact, I think I've missed a couple of births. I think the fort population might actually be 23 by now, unless there's a dwarven child wandering the desolate surface.

And here's DS's family tree, others to follow once I get their quarters up.
