Org: Excuses, excuses.

Joker:  I wouldn't have posted the play-by-play if Soli hadn't asked for it.  I do those a lot for myself.

Soli:  If you don't have time for the game, ask for a replacement.  You're not trying at all.

Oh hush. I'm doing well enough without snark, and am observing the goings on as best I can. Besides, this game doens't need any more pending Replacement requests; that's not going to help activity.

Grammar discussion is also highly important.

Damn. Alright.

It seems that major_sepiroth doesn't care that he has been prodded, so I will force his replace within 24 hours.

Org stop doing nothing and stop shotgunning. It's not going to work.

What is shotgunning exactly?
And what is chainsawing? Sorry, kind of new to those terms...

Shotgunning is aiming for multiple people. Chainsawing is a defense of a person by attacking their attacker

Observing is great and all, but unless you do something with those observations, you're not helping.

spitfire684 - Skimming through, I don't get much of an impression beyond him being fixated on Org. A nice, safe person to focus on. So, why, Spitfire? What makes Org worth focusing on? You haven't called for a policy lynch, and it seems to me that you're just using Org as a method of appearing active without actually doing much.

major_sepiroth has been Force Replaced.

Considering that the game is now down three players, I will put the game to a vote.

We can Continue anyway.
We can Postpone until 2 replacements show up.
We can End the game, and reveal the setup.

Edit: Dead peeps and those up for replacement can vote.

I'm in the exact same situation in my game... I needed about 3 replacements all of a sudden.
I'm thinking about postponing until the replacements show up, otherwise it will be difficult to play with 3 people who are not here.

Don't postpone. The game will die out if you do that. It happened to some other games. You'll either need to modkill some people or just continue normally.

Perhaps a gentleman's agreement to lynch/nightkill those in need of a replacement?

Solifuge: Why would lynch/NK be any better than modkill?

I'd vote for the unlisted Option 4, Postpone but continue after a set amount of time, in the hope that we may be able to pick up some replacements but not suffer from an indefinite postponement (which will kill the game, as Webadict said). I'd think a day or two would be good.
