Okay so, we're going to start up with a more definite rule system next turn, based an actions, and time and money as resources to buy the actions (this turn, everyone just stick to what they're currently doing). the way it will work is that every player starts each turn with 1 "a little money" per region controlled, London counts as 3 (money is cumulative, and can be saved between turns). If High Taxes are introduced, each county affected counts as 2. A "lot of money" is equal to 2 "a little money"s. Each player also starts with 1 "time" per county controlled. Each unit can only perform 1 action per turn, except for spies and diplomats, who can perform 2 per turn.
