Would one still be able to download and use the titles from the Humble Indie Bundle outside of Steam were one to register the games with it? I like Steam and all, but I'd like to be able to move things around from the Bundle without it launching Steam or through Steam.
Yeah, you'll still have the download links on the site. The guys from Wolfire behind the HIB don't sync up their site with Steam to check who has registered the keys they gave, then remove the download links from those people's pages on the site.

Interesting. Already have the two Shadowgrounds so only Trine and the two new ones for me. Apparently it is supposed to go live at 15:00 gmt.

Sweet, Shadowgrounds is awesome. I played it with a friend a long long time ago and never played the sequel.

I already got Trine, but I'm happy to support some Finnish devs.
