huh? How would you get a creature under a cage trap? Rather than on top of the cage trap in the usual way that is.

Well yea, just like a creature has to be on the same tile as a weapon trap to trigger it, it would have to be on the sane tile as the cage trap in order to trigger it.

What i mean is will the cage fall automaticly or will i have to use a lever?

None of the traps can be controlled by a lever. Yes you need a mechanism for the installation.

In other words automatic.

Just got to know.

I think they technically activate as a creature is in the process of going under one.
By the time they are under one, the cage has already fallen.
But that may be more of a philosophical viewpoint.
