Considering I don't have a weapon, I dodge... into some grapes which I collect! I then run off screaming.

Nimitz stands back up easily (4) and talks his way out of the bad situation (3). Stan'la seems rather disinterested and simply walks out of the hut, no longer feeling like stealing.

Lisaca attempts to create a shockwave using her staff, which fails miserably (1+1=2). Her staff crackles with energy in her hands, burning them slightly.

ExKirby deftly sidesteps (5+1=6) a charging boar (1), which runs into a tree and knocks itself out. With the boar knocked out, he is able to easily pick some nice grapes (4).

Saragoth sits around pondering fireflies.

Look around the hut and see if I can find anything that the key will unlock. If not, head out of the hurt and start looking for something that it will unlock.

For the sake of my belongings, I agree. I make a mental note to kill Stan'la later. In any case, if there aren't any more incidents, I'll go try to find the rest of my party.

Call it a day and go drink something and eat that doesn't belong to Alex.
Fixed.

Lisaca, fed up with her failed attempts at magic, goes to get a drink and some food at the local pub (5), and is quite pleased by the fare.

Saragoth, examining the key, notices a brass chest that has a large lock on it, and tries it out. It fits (6), and he hears a click as he opens the chest. In it is a note from the wizard that shines with ethereal energy:

"If I ever am to go missing, seek out Aelreth the quarrymaster and give him this note."

Additionally, he finds a ruby the size of a grape, which he pockets.

With a brilliant insight, ExKirby decides that the best place to make wine is the pub. After smooth talking the owner (5), he is allowed access to the grape press in the back and produces a few bottles of what will be wine after a few months of fermenting.

Stan'la and Nimitz come to an uneasy accord, both deciding to temporarily shelve plans to kill the other, and go searching for the rest of the party (6). They run into Saragoth on the way out of the wizards hut, and he comes along with them to the pub, where ExKirby and Lisaca are located.

Meh, if I just tell wherever this caravan is headed that the wine won't be good for another couple months, I can go with that.

Now, we need some rare gems.

I flourish the note, and say to the rest: "The Wizard is missing!", then pause for dramatic effect. "We should seek out Aelreth the Quarrymaster at once!" Then I ask the bartender where we might find such a person and head there.

"The wizard is missing!" exclaims Saragoth, and the patrons of the bar look up. For few have heard such a compelling call to action in their life (5). "We should seek out Aelreth the Quarrymaster at once!"

Stan'la, enticed by the speech, offers to help for the price of a ham sandwich, purchased at his discretion (2).

Lisaca, expertly balancing a column of rocks by the door (6+1=7), is intrigued as well by the sales pitch, but makes no firm commitment either way, as her concentration is mostly on her magic.

Nimitz, without condition, decides that this is a quest worthy of him and offers to help.

ExKirby is too distracted by thoughts of rare gems to really hear the speech. He wracks his brain, but has never even seen a rare gem in his life (2), and has no idea where to find one.

Saragoth approaches the bartender and asks after Aelreth the Quarrymaster (4). "Quarrymaster, you say? Well, to the south there used to be some limestone quarries back when the empire was still around. Maybe that's where he'd be?"
