I dodge down the hill and FALCOWN PAWNCH the wolf. Yes, I realize the implications of getting a 6 here.

Nimitz heroically rushes towards the burning, wrecked house, pulling some debris away as he kicks open the front door (5). Inside, he sees Aelreth, barely clinging to life (3).

"Help..." he whimpers.

Saragoth runs past Nimitz, barelling into the house and pulling madly at Aelreth (6). However, the dwarf's legs are still stuck, and the pulling seems to knock him unconscious.

Lisaca also rushes in, manages to free Aelreth's legs (5), and the three pull him out of the burning house together. As they do so, it collapses completely.

Stan'la attempts to perform a sonic fife blast, but mud has clogged his instrument and he fails (2+1=3).

ExKirby waits for the werewolf to attack (2), dodging expertly away as he does so (4+1=5). He then draws back and throws a mighty punch at the flaming undead beast, connecting squarely and knocking off its burning head, which flies through the air and lands squarely on Aelreth, lighting his beard on fire (6).

A calm falls over the battlefield, save for the flickering flames creeping up the dwarf's beard.

Throw dirt on his beard

Maybe we should abbandon him?

Wierd. I was expecting my fist to blow up in an explosion.

Laugh at my own attemps, then collect anything that would be in use for the caravan.

I desperately try to extinguish the flames by patting it rapidly.

"No way! I didn't throw my ass into that inferno and drag this guy out just so we could leave him to die. He needs medical attention. Anyone here know how to heal?"

If nobody offers to help and the dwarf, I'll try to patch him up myself.

I'm not really a healer.

Jet, not certain what you think that'll do, man. If you get a 1 or a 6 it'll kill im but if you get a 4-5 then you'll have a dwarf in a rock.

I'll search the area for anything that looks helpful or informative.

ExKirby takes this time to look around the wreckage for anything that could be useful (1). As he does so, a beam that was hanging precariously falls towards him, but he dodges out of the way (4+1=5). There is nothing worth taking left intact.

Nimitz attempts to fan the flames out, but ends up only stoking them (1) to greater heights. The dwarf is consumed in a raging inferno.

Stan'la works on playing a healing song with his fife, but it is still clogged with mud (1+1=2) and no sound comes out.

Lisaca attempts to make stone armor around the burning dwarf, and is successful (3+1=4). Stone encases him and the flames are put out. After all of the fire and collapsing houses, though, he is clearly dead.

Saragoth examines the area, looking for anything useful (6). He finds a small scroll of paper, which he picks up. As he does so, a spell of shocking flies off of it, but he is able to effectively dispel it (5).

Opening the paper, he sees directions to the wizard's tower of residence, on a lake near the quarry.

Inspect the scroll for anything else useful, and maybe try to pick up on howto cast the same spell

Well, shit.

"...I didn't mean it."

I wince, and then I just follow everyone else, head hung low.
