How'd you cheat? Spliced the images in with paint/photoshop?

This is why I like randomness.

The frozen chicken and world-domination ones are brilliant. I think John would be a good evil dictator.

Heh, yeah, love that corn panel.  Never found anything that it really fit into though...

How'd you cheat? Spliced the images in with paint/photoshop?

Haha, hell no...  I'd make a right arse of myself attempting to do that.  Trust me, my shopping skills are abominable.

No, I just tweaked the URL.  When you click on a link, you get something like "garfield.zweistein.cz/strip1295957319.(huge string of letters)".  Since refreshing or re-navigating to that page results in the same strip, there must be something that's defining it.  After some tweaking, I found out that the string of letters controls what panels make up the trip.  Then it was just a matter of randomizing until I found the individual panels I wanted, saving their letter-key information, and then pasting it into a different browser to custom-craft my own strip.

Check the link for the photo I posted, it goes right to the site.  Also, I couldn't find any noticeable effect from changing the strip number, so that's why my strip is number 1666666666.

This is a masterful image of your FPS and the HFS. The HFS is committing a depraved act on your FPS.

Cheater! Haxor!

Anyhow: huge string of letters is base64 encoded, just so that you know.

You want a good one that was totally random, but I accidentally reloaded.

Not kidding, and I'm kicking myself for not saving it.

And I think I cracked the code. I'm gonna take it down shortly anyway. But I think I figured it out. As for variables that DO work, that I don't know. I just know the spots that are variable and the spots that are constant.

EDIT:
And it's taken down.

Essentially it was something along the lines of:
00---00---00---0.html
0 = constant
- = variable

I censored the details, but that's essentially what I figured out. The coding/encoding structure looks like it makes sense. Have fun figuring out the precise variables, and making ones that the randomizer can't make (or uber-rare ones like mine above).

EDIT EDIT:
Nevermind, I just figured out a buttload of how it's structured now, since I was told it was made in base64. Screw figuring out the variables now.

And don't worry, I'll keep randomizing. It's more fun that way anyway. But I did learn something today, and that's a bonus. Thanks for giving me something to keep me occupied. I knew there was a border constant in that code somewhere.
