I just captured my first hydra.  I checked on magmawiki, but it didn't say whether or not this is tameable by the dungeon master, who I don't have yet.  I checked in the raws, but couldn't find the hydra there.  Anyone know?

It's a megabeast, so it's untameable unless you mod it that way. You don't have to regen to put in the [PET] tag. So do it it, and then tame it. It's not such a bad thing.

You can tame it, you just need a dungeon master. Which is a problem in itself.

i tried messing with the raws for a DM but didn't get one turning up.  i tried to make it a position like the bookkeeper, but i couldn't get it working right.  i did end up with about 10 mayors at once.  mandates.  oh, the mandates..........................
